Room & Cleaning
The rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis. For reasons of sustainability, please put your towels on the towel rail if you want to use them again. If you prefer new ones please place them on the floor. Bed linen is changed three times a week.
Conduction cards in rooms are placed for changing sheets and towels. You can decide when your towels and sheets should be changed. Please follow the information of the information cards in your room. Pool towels will be changed at the Spa & Wellness Centre free of charge.
Laundry and Ironing Service
Our laundry and ironing service is available 6 days per week (except Sundays and official public holidays). Items handed in before 10.00 a.m. will be returned until 05.00 p.m.. Items handed in later than 10.00 a.m. will be returned on the next day. You can find the laundry bag and a price list in your wardrobe. Please put your clothes into the bag, fill out the price list and then contact the reception.
By the arrival your Minibar is empty. You can order from Minibar Menu to Filling your minibar ( chargeable service ). Except bottles of water.
A Safe Box is installed in your room and is free of charge. Please follow the instructions which are on the safe box. For further information please contact the reception.
Please note that the hotel SENTIDO Flora Garden is not liable for the loss of any valuable items that are not stored in the safe box.
Please, leave the safe door open on departure.
Air conditioning & Heating
To regulate your room temperature, an individual temperature control unit is installed in your room. Please make sure you close the windows and doors while using the air conditioning, otherwise the air conditioning system will not work. The room key needs to be inserted in the power safer in order to switch on the power.
